Summer’s Concert of ‘Music and Words’
Music will be performed by Halcyon Voices, directed by Sebastian Charlesworth, renowned conductor of the New Sussex Singers. The choir contains some of the finest young singers in the country and will perform several pieces, both sacred and secular, to accompany our distinguished visiting speaker’s stories.
The Revd Dr. Trevor Dennis, former Chaplain at Eton and retired Vice Dean of Chester Cathedral is a leading author concerned with the role of women in the Bible and will give a talk.
Strawberries, cream and a glass (or two!) available in the Vicarage Garden Marquee, 5pm-5.45pm.
