ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING

JUNE AT 8 PM
The Annual General
Meeting of the Rawson Institute will be held at the Institute on
Monday 4th June 2007 at 8.00pm.
All inhabitants of
the Parish of Bolney and the neighbourhood of 18 years of age
and upward and all members of the Committee of Management are
entitled to attend and vote.

2006 Annual General Meeting

Annual Report and Statement of Financial Activities for
the year to
31st December 2006
3. Appointment of
six Elected Members (See Nominations below)
4. Appointment of
Independent Examiner

Any other business
Nominations for
Elected Members must be received, in writing, by the Secretary
not later than 21st May 2007. The required nomination
form may be obtained from the Secretary or the Caretaker or
downloaded from the Bolney website.
Any person wishing
to raise a matter under “Any other business” should inform the
Secretary, in writing, not later than 28th May 2007.
Copies of the
Annual Report and Statement of Financial Activities are posted
on the internal notice board at the Institute and on the Bolney
website. Further copies will be available at the Annual General
Meeting.
