The Rawson Institute is Bolney’s Village Hall. Situated towards the north end of The Street at the junction with Lodge Lane, it is the venue for a wide range of social, recreational and educational activities run by village organisations and residents. It is also used for private functions.

Responsibility for the administration of the Institute, which is a Registered Charity, resides with a Management Committee consisting of six Elected Members and fourteen Representative Members appointed by village organisations. On appointment, each Member becomes a Trustee of the Charity. The Institute employs a resident Caretaker who is also responsible for all booking and hiring arrangements.
