2        MINUTES

It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 14 August 2007 be signed as a true and correct record. 

3        MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

There were no matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 14 August 2007. 

4        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST FROM MEMBERS

There were no declarations of interest in respect of any item on the Agenda.

5        NOTE DECISIONS OF MSDC

a)      BK/07/00324/REM: Batchelor’s Field West, The Street, Bolney:  GRANT.

b)      BK/07/01710/OUT:  Redbrae, The Street, Bolney:  REFUSE (delegated).  PC Decision:  NO OBJECTION in principle.

6     TO CONSIDER NEW APPLICATIONS

a)      BK/07/02355/FUL:  Foxfield, Buncton Lane, Bolney:  Three bay open garage with oak frame and weatherboarding with clay tiles on roof.  NO OBJECTION.

b)      BK/07/02657/TCA:  27 Gatehouse Cottage, The Street, Bolney:  Fell one Walnut tree.  Awaiting comments from Martin Burgess.

7      ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Mrs Wright had been contacted by a resident who was concerned about what was supposed to be an Orange mobile phone mast on the A272 which now appeared to be a Police Tetra Mast.  It was agreed to write to MSDC outlining concerns and asking why no plans had been received for changing the use of the mast.

There being no other business, the meeting closed at 8.10 p.m.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 16 October 2007.
