It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 17 July 2007 be signed as a true and correct record.

3        MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

There were no matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 17 July 2007.

4        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST FROM MEMBERS

Mr Seward declared an interest in Item 6(a) of the Agenda.

5        NOTE DECISIONS OF MSDC

a)      BK/07/01533/FUL:  The Old Distillery, Jeremy’s Lane, Bolney:  GRANT.   PC Decision:   NO OBJECTION.

b)      BK/07/01559/FUL:  Jeremy’s Cottage, Jeremy’s Lane, Bolney:  GRANT.  PC Decision:  NO OBJECTION.

Mr Seward left the meeting.

 6     TO CONSIDER NEW APPLICATIONS

a)      BK/07/02069/FUL: Field Place Farm, Stairbridge Lane, Bolney:  Mobile accommodation for agricultural worker.  NO OBJECTION.

Mr Seward returned to the meeting.
