2         CONFIRM THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 19th May 2009 be signed by the Chairman as a true and correct record.

 

3      DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST FROM MEMBERS

        There were none.

             

4      TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING DECISIONS OF MSDC

a      07/00392/FUL – Location: The Workshop, The Street, Bolney

Desc: Remove existing wooden workshop and replace with similar.  PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC.

 

b      09/01022/TCA – Location: Windmill House, Top Street, Bolney

Desc: Weeping Willow – reduce canopy by 50%.  PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC.

 

c      09/01219/TCA – Location: Oxford House, Cherry Lane, Bolney

Desc: Reduce a Silver Birch by 30%. PC Decision: NO OBJECTION, subject to work being carried out by a qualified tree surgeon. MSDC REFUSED  DUE TO TPO.

 

d      09/00890/FUL – Location: Farney Close School, Bolney Court, Crossways, Bolney

Desc: The proposed development consists of a new 2 storey teaching block for vocational subjects including replacement storage for grounds maintenance equipment and some staff and wc facilities. PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC.

 

5      TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS:

a      09/00858/COU – Location: Bolney Post Office, The Street, Bolney

Desc: Change of use from Post Office (A1) on part of ground floor to residential (C3). PC Decision: NO OBJECTION.

 

b      09/01029/FUL – Location: Rawson Institute, Rawson Hall, The Street, Bolney

Desc: Proposed new access to Lodge Lane and creation of childrens play area. PC Decision: NO OBJECTION.

 

c      09/01179/LD - Location: Aurora Ranch Caravan Park, London Road, Bolney

Desc: The construction of a manager’s house pursuant to planning permission BK/058/93 and approved plans thereunder.  This is an application to establish whether the proposed development is lawful:  this will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed development cannot be taken into account. PC Decision: NO COMMENT.

 

d      09/01461/FUL – Location: Pit Stop Cafι, Bolney Grange Industrial Park, Bolney

Desc: Replacement of cafι/snack bar (mobile home type) with one of permanent construction (A3 use) PC Decision: NO OBJECTION.
