a)
BK/07/00933/COU: Greenacres
Cottage, Wineham Lane, Wineham:
Proposed caravan site. The Parish Council sympathise with the
caravan owners, however, Policy R17 of the Mid Sussex Local Plan
appears to completely rule out the proposal. The Parish Council
would like confirmation that the Aurora Caravan Park is closed
and if so what the site will be used for.

BK/07/00659/FUL:
Leacroft, The Street, Bolney: Two storey front
extension. NO OBJECTION.
Mr Seward left the
meeting.
c)
BK/07/00766/COU:
Unit 2, Highlands Farm, London Road, Bolney: Change of
use from D1 to B1 (light industrial/offices) and B8
(storage and distribution uses). NO OBJECTION.
Mr Seward returned to
the meeting.
d)
BK/07/00807/LDC:
Unit 6, Ricebridge Works, Brighton Road, Bolney:
Erection of two smoking shelters. This is an application to
establish whether the proposed development is lawful; this will
be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed
development cannot be taken into account. NO COMMENT.

BK/07/00813/FUL&BK/07/00814/LBC:
Bolney Cottage, Foxhole Lane, Bolney:
Kitchen and garden room extension and
reconstruction of storm porch at ground floor, extension to
master bedroom at first floor, all at rear of existing
property. NO OBJECTION.
