·       Mr Willis advised that the application for the Former Car Park to the Queens Head Pub had been turned down by MSDC for being overbearing on adjacent property.

a     10/00310/FUL – Location: Bullswood, Longhouse Lane, Warninglid

Desc:  Demolish existing conservatory and double garage.  Reclad house in vertical cedar boards and fit replacement windows and external doors.  New annex to house additional accommodation and sustainable energy systems.

PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC

 

b     10/00370/FUL – Location: Berncroft, Top Street Bolney

Desc:  Three bay cart lodge style garage with hobbies/workshop and loftspace for playroom/storage. PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. REFUSED BY MSDC

 

c     10/00415/COND – Location: Ricebridge Works, Brighton Road, Bolney

Desc:  The conditions 7 and 8 relating to Planning Permission 04/02928/FUL including the use of plant and machinery (fork-lift equipment) between the hours of 0800 on weekdays and 0800 on Saturdays and finishing at 1800 hours on weekdays and 1300 on Saturdays needs to be changed to 0700 and finishing at 1700 on weekdays and Saturday to stay unchanged. 

PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPLICATION WITHDRAWN

 

d     10/00480/FUL – Location: Horsmanshoad, Pickwell Lane, Ansty, Haywards Heath

Desc:  First floor side extension and rear conservatory.

 PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC

 

e     10/00324/FUL – Location: Colwood Manor East, Spronketts Lane, Bolney

Desc: To modify existing granted planning permission (BK/03/00578/FUL) that replaces current mat roof with 5/8 pitched roof to full pitched roof in order to better match main house and include full French windows to compliment existing frontage.  Additional new access door to the south side of existing extension. 

PC Decision: Not discussed as this application has already been approved by MSDC.

f      10/00579/FUL – Location: Lyelands Farm, Cowfold Road, Bolney

Desc:  Remove existing rear kitchen roof and rear wall, utility room and conservatory and erect single storey family room and double storey extension on rear elevation.  Ground floor – kitchen extension and utility room.  First floor – bedroom en-suite and dressing room.  PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC

Desc: Amendment to approved annex and loft conversion (09/03336/FUL) comprising raised central northern dormer over stair and conservation rooflights to northern roof slope of side extension. 

PC Decision: NO OBJECTION. APPROVED BY MSDC

Desc: Two bay garage with upper floor, for storage and occasional use, to replace existing building.

DT advised that notification has been received that following the unconditional consent to fell two Cypresses on Land adjacent to Durstons Lodge, that the tree preservation order on them has been revoked.
