      Apologies for absence were received from Mr P Griffiths (WSCC) and Mrs J Dennis.

      It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 19th February 2008 be signed    by        the Chairman as a true and correct record.

Desc: Two storey extension and alterations. PC Decision: NO OBJECTION, APPROVED BY MSDC

      Desc: Rear extension to existing house. NO OBJECTION

 

      08/00611/TCA – Location: Daltons Farm, The Street, Bolney

      Desc: Poplar – reduce height by up to 4m and reshape. Cherry – reduce
     overall     canopy by up to 2m.
NO OBJECTION SUBJECT TO PRUNING IN
      ACCORDANCE WITH TREE SURGEON

 

      08/00608/FUL – Location: Unit 1, Stairbridge Court, Bolney Grange
      Industrial Park, Bolney

      Desc: Amend design for rear extension to no. 1 Stairbridge Court following
      consent 06/00280/FUL.

Meeting closed at 8.45 to allow Mrs Weller to speak against the following application 08/00557/FUL. Mr K Mayer then declared an interest as he knows Mrs Weller and took no further part in the discussion or voting.

Meeting re-opened at 8.47

      08/00557/FUL – Location: 9 Tythe Barn, Bolney

          Desc: One storey flat roof kitchen and living extension. Two storey pitched
          roof extension with room re-arrangement and loft conversion.
  OBJECTION
            ON THE BASIS THAT THE OVERALL SIZE IS TOO LARGE AND IT IS AN
            UN-NEIGHBOURLY DEVELOPMENT
