the Public regarding planning agenda belo
The neighbours of South
View outlined their concerns about the proposals including the
loss of a view and natural light and the over development of a
small site.

Property; South View, Top Street, Bolney: Formation of pitched
roof over existing rear extension and conversion of loft void
createdt: DECISION – RECOMMEND
REFUSAL due to this being an over development of the plot
and being unduly intrusive to neighbouring properties. The
Parish Council is also concerned that this type of development
has the effect of reducing the number of smaller affordable
dwellings in the village.
