Desc: Amendment
to planning consent 04/00717/FUL relocation of the beef yard
and isolation and handling facilities.
PC Decision: NO
OBJECTION
6 TO
CONSIDER THE HEARING OF ALL APPLICATIONS FOR ALBOURNE, TWINEHAM
AND BOLNEY AT CENTRAL PLANS
SS explained
that Bolney Ward also comprises Slaugham Village and Warninglid,
however part of these wards have no representative on any
planning committee for major applications or those that are
contrary to the Local Plan. There is capacity to have all these
applications heard at Central committee. There will be a full
review of planning committees to be held next Spring and it is
hoped that this will be agreed to then.

CORRESPONDENCE:
DT advised that confirmation has been received on the outcome of the
planning appeal in respect of Bee House Cottage, Earwig Lane.
It has been dismissed in so far as it relates to the proposed
extensions to the dwelling and decking area, but allowed and
planning permission has been granted in so far as it relates to
the 2-bay car port, subject to conditions.
