Comments from Members of the Public regarding planning agenda below 

A resident made comments about the possibility of a Village Design Statement and the planning influence of such a document. Comments were also received about the small scale housing allocation sites.

It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 16^th October 2007 be signed as a true and correct record.
 

3        MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES - There were none.
 

4        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST FROM MEMBERS - There were none.
 

5        NOTE DECISIONS OF MSDC

a)      BK/07/02504/FUL:  Pavidia, Jeremy’s Lane, Bolney:  NO OBJECTION by BPC APPROVED BY MSDC

b)      BK/07/02521/FUL: Highlands, Buncton Lane, Bolney:  NO OBJECTION by
   BPC; APPROVED BY MSDC

6     TO CONSIDER NEW APPLICATIONS

a)      BK/07/03240/FUL:  Property south of Rowlands, Bunction Lane, Bolney: Change of use from existing B1 offices to single residential unit:  DECISION – NO OBJECTION but the Parish Council wished to draw the attention of MSDC to the possible precedent being set if business use was no longer appropriate and that if it was a vacant plot, development such as this would be resisted.
