The Minutes of the Meeting of Bolney Parish Council Planning Committee held on Tuesday 16th October 2007

Special attendance by the Community Police Officer who gave update re: - fatal road crash (LONDON ROAD RICEBRIDGE). Also came to ask for road safety views from Bolney Residents. Comments would be given to Sgt P. Jones Investigating Officer.

6 (b) Kiln cottage. Mrs Hazel (owner) said this was a small (1m) extension to guest
   bedroom. Materials would be totally in keeping matching rest of property.

6 (e) Chris Barn (owner) Extension to house was to accommodate growing family.
  Had consulted fully with MSDC.

2        MINUTES

It was agreed by all that the Minutes of the meeting held on 18th September 2007 be signed as a true and correct record.

3        MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

Tetra Mast   – Discussed at general Parish Council meeting following this meeting.

4        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST FROM MEMBERS

Mr E. Hazel in respect of item 6(b) Kiln Cottage.

5        NOTE DECISIONS OF MSDC

a)      BK/07/02355/FUL:  Foxfield, Buncton Lane, Bolney:  Three bay open garage with oak frame and weatherboarding with clay tiles on roof.  NO OBJECTION by BPC APPROVED BY MSDC

b)      BK/07/02657/TCA:  27 Gatehouse Cottage, The Street, Bolney:  Fell one Walnut tree.  Recommended for removal.

6     TO CONSIDER NEW APPLICATIONS

a)      BK/07/02504/FUL:  Land Opposite Pavidia, Jeremys Lane, Bolney:  Proposed
       stables.  DECISION – NO OBJECTION

b)   BK/07/02674/FUL:  Kiln Cottage, Jeremys Lane, Bolney:  1m wide projecting
 extension at first floor level only to provide improved layout to bedroom.

 DECISION – NO OBJECTION 

c)   BK/07/02485/FUL:  Broxtead House, Broxmead Lane, Bolney:  Closure of existing domestic entrances to Broxtead House and formation of a new improved farm style access to west of dwelling to allow safe ingress and egress of Heavy Goods Vehicle horse transporter and domestic vehicles. DECISION – NO OBJECTION but recommended road construction to be discussed with MSDC Building Control

d)      BK/07/02521/FUL:  Highlands, Buncton Lane, Bolney:  Construction of new single storey garden room, internal alterations and replacement windows.

   DECISION – NO OBJECTION

      e)  BK/07/02908/FUL:  Wineham Cottage, Wineham Lane, Bolney:  Two storey extension and alterations. DECISION – NO OBJECTION

7      ANY OTHER BUSINESS

It was agreed by BPC that their decisions on planning matters would be conveyed to MSDC by copy of these minutes

 

There being no other business, the meeting closed at 9.10 p.m.
