Question/Comments
from Members of the Public
Mr Batchelor said that
in his opinion there was a lot of unconfirmed funding
information presented in the recent letter from the Parish
Council and, therefore, questions needed to be answered. Mr
Seward said that the figures included in the letter were those
announced at the Public Meeting by the RIMC and, therefore, any
questions should be directed to the RIMC.

Mr Seward asked Mrs
Wright to write to Anne Halligey at MSDC asking why no decision

a response can be expected.
4
MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
There were no matters
arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 20 March 2007.
5
RAWSON INSTITUTE
Considerable discussion
took place regarding the possibility of holding a Parish Poll to
determine whether or not the Parish would be in favour of the
Parish Council applying for a Public Works Loan to assist with
the funding of the proposed new Village Hall.
It was agreed that
before any further consideration could be given to the matter
there were outstanding issues that required response from the
RIMC. It was, therefore, agreed to compile a list of questions
to be presented to the RIMC and no further action would be taken
until Members were satisfied with the response.
