The Parish Council is aware that mobile phone reception in Bolney is very poor. We want to try and improve this situation, and to do this we need your help. Although the providers state that reception is ‘excellent’, we contacted ‘Which?’ and they confirmed that reception is very poor in the centre of the village.
We need to challenge the providers, so we are asking you to complete a short questionnaire to produce our own evidence. If the providers do not improve the situation, we can then apply to the Communication Ombudsman for help.

We need as much evidence as possible if we are to have any effect. The Council believes that mobile phone coverage is an important public service that we would like to improve.
