West Sussex County Council is proposing to make changes to the way it delivers adult social care. As part of the process the Council has issued a survey to gain people’s views on its proposals.
The survey is running until 11 August and is intended for people who use social care services, their families and carers, voluntary and community organisations and all local people who have an interest in adult social care. The survey can be accessed at the following link:
The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
The views they gather will be included as part of the decision report which will be considered by the Leader of the County Council when she takes a decision about how adult social care will be delivered in the future.
